Ordered 8 seperate items, was asked by window attendant if I wanted sauce i said yes and told her what i wanted. When received my order sauces were not in bag so waited to get attendants attention once more to remind of sauce I was offered. Attendant notified me that her coworker(possible supervisor) told her to charge me for sauce. Which is fine, but they were going to initially let me leave without it. They gave me 2 complimentary ones and charged me for the rest. If I wanted to pay for sauces I would have went to McDonald's up the road instead where I expect that type of stingy service.

I wish I could give this store zero stars. The employees had horrible customer service!! Food was cold and soggy, our family was dining inside the restaurant. Our name order was not called and we didn’t know how long our food was kept out. We couldn’t get our cups with our meals because employees were ignoring us. My child had to use the restroom and the employees were ignoring us as well. No one opened the door for us, but when the employee needed to use the restroom. She opened the door for herself, not for paying customers. Very poor service! Do better Wendy’s!

Our food was out for a long time and was cold; no one called our name to get the food. My son needed to use the bathroom extremely bad, my wife went to get the code and they said they’d be with us right away. No one came. My son almost went in his pants. I basically begged employees to open the door and was ignored. I finally caught the attention of the manager who said she had opened it. She didn’t. She only gave me a smile and attitude and went back to work and kept ignoring me. Only one gentleman helped me out with our missing cups. Another thing wrong with our order. And he gave us bags cause we left. Horrible employees that can barely handle 6 customers. New management is needed for sure.
