  I never had to write a poor review on a Panera Bread before. I wouldn't recommend coming in the evening on any day. The service is super slow. I noticed the employees in the back chatting away. I shouldn't Have waited 8 minutes for mac and cheese.

  You can't go wrong with whatever you order from this place. Its soooo good. The service is wonderful. They do take a long time to make your order but its worth the wait.

  CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS . I ordered a cup of soup and I said it twice in the line. When I came up he told me it was $9.04 which I found odd because a cup is $7 and change so I confirmed with him and asked him a cup right… and he nodded and proceeded to take my payment. So he goes and he’s about to close the window therefore I ask for my receipt. Well next thing I know someone came to give me my refund for the $2. (See attached) If I didn’t ask for my receipt they would’ve overcharged me. It’s just $2 but imagine home many people they have done this too. I also didn’t even get an apology. The lady just came up and said I’ll refund you and I was like what??? So they knew what they were doing. Like I said if I was a mistake why not apologize and own up to it for service.

  This Panera is my ***ABSOLUTE FAVORITE** Panera in the Phoenix metropolitan area. The managers and staff are amazing and they go out of their way every single time lve ever come here to be sure they give outstanding customer service. Try their souffles they are incredible!! Thanks Ricki and Shannon, you guys "ROCK!"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  First and last time ordering from this location. I spent $83 on 3 meals. The food was delivered and one of the sandwiches was missing. I called and spoke to some girl who said she was the manager and then said she had to connect me to the other manager. 2 managers working the same shift? Yeah, OK. I then get on the phone with manager "John" and told him that one of my sandwiches was missing. I informed him that my husband who is sick (thus the reason for the delivery) was on his way to the restaurant for the missing sandwich but they need to do the right thing and reimburse that meal and the delivery fee. John said they couldn't reimburse the delivery fee but would reimburse the sandwich and would make it right when my husband arrived for the sandwich. My husband get there and speak to a different manager who is not John (3 managers on the same shift now) who said that they reimbursed the cost of the sandwich but will not be replacing it! Even after my husband drove all the way there! This location is absolutely horrible! The food was cold and missing and the staff don't care. I will literally be telling everyone I know to not visit this location!
