I placed an order to go as early as 10 am on a Sunday for the four cheese soufflé and picked up the order drove home and ended up to be with the bacon drove back to replace it and they said they ran out. That was the reason I placed my order earlier just to avoid this situation but still them managed to screw it up. Worst location ever.

Yesterday when stopping in I was tired and frustrated due to the traffic on the loop. However, Rickie changed my mood and frustrations completely. Her attentiveness and interaction with myself with other customers was uplifting, energetic, kind, and helpful. From her assisting me with my pickup, retrieving stickers for a young boy, and helping 2 girls on the ordering machines that were struggling. She is and what should be the standard for customer servuce and kindness in this world. I will be back today for dinner simoly based on that interaction alone!!
