Today, I got a Bacon & Egg Croissant with a Pumpkin Iced Coffee/Hashbrowns. I said "no cheese" and the lady repeated that back to me. I was the only car in the drive-thru at the time. Somehow, by the time I pulled to the window - the cashier shoved the food in my face. I should have taken that as a red flag, but paid and received my drink. I get home and no egg. My sandwich was croissant, cheese, and two pieces of bacon. I figured I can salvage the hash browns - nope they tasted stale and old. Again, not sure why my meal wasn't made fresh. One car had pulled in behind me while I ordered. Really disappointed in the level of service and the quality of the food. My coffee was great but unfortunately, I won't be going Dunkin' anymore.

While i was ordering in the middle of me talking she decided to not pay attention and talk to someone behind the counter. She didnt even say excuse me a minute. Causing her to almost put the wrong ones in the box. I expected more from Dunkin Donuts. I grew up with them and they always had alot of donut choices including the holes all hours they were open. This place is sinking the name.
