First things first, RUDE STAFF. Most of the staff members are decent, however, I've had many encounters with the same few staff that just completely hate their job and take it out on customers. I've bit my tongue long enough, I really want chipotle to acknowledge that if the staff is rude to customers AND the food is a ridiculous amount of money people will stop coming. Anyways, I had a pick up order at 6:30pm tonight, arrived at 6:35pm and was not acknowledged by any staff members, the girl doing the catering/ pick up orders didn't look up at all, took a few for her to even notice I was standing right next her. Instead of a friendly "hello, what's the name for your pickup order" I got a "..name..." with an eye roll and sarcastic tone. I told her the name and once I received my bag (which was feeding 6 people) I asked if I could get six-eight balsamic sides, she looked me up and down and flat out said "no, I can give you four". I explained that I've personally came in many times by myself and gotten four and have never had an issue. She told me I can only have four and kept giving me weird uncomfortable looks, smirking at me, and totally gave off that she was done with our conversation. I asked her if I could pay for any because I wanted to have enough for the people I pick up the food for and she just kept saying no, I wasn't allowed to pay for it, I wasn't allowed to ask for more, she just DENIED me over and over again. Mid conversation she just walked away, ignored me, goes to another staff member, and brings her over. She looked completely lost and started talking about something completely different. I started getting frustrated and asked for a manager and then BOTH claimed that they were the only managers. Are we serious.. I've worked in fast food and they don't leave 17-18 year old in charge of a whole food establishment, a AGM or GM must always be present. Anyways I asked for any contact information and she rolled her eyes and said no, then said to call the store, I asked for names, they said no and "I'm not giving you any information" -pick up lady. I asked for a managers name, they said no, I wasn't allowed to ask for a single thing. I'm just completely mind blown that we're spending sixty plus on food and can't even get the sides we wanted. When I got home with the four sauces that aren't even half way filled the burrito wasn't wrapped fully and spilling out, bowls had brown guac and little to no protein, and one bowl only had rice and lettuce, nothing else. I'm just so disappointed that these workers can get away with whatever they want and won't help out at all, she was extremely rude and i definitely will be writing another review and contacting as much management as I can because that is completely uncalled for. I never write bad reviews and felt so uncomfortable when she wouldn't even give me a name to reference her by so I did take a photo in hopes that management that does care will take action, she's always been very rude and hope she gets the help she needs, seriously. The whole ambiance of the place was just completely weird and definitely don't recommend this establishment.
