- JQJonathan QuintanaMar 24, 20261.0Its like theyre in pain working here. They skimped my portions because i complained about brown lettuce. The three people that attended me all had an attitude because I complained about brown lettuce. And when they got to the front of the register and wanted to charge me $20 for half of a bowl, I told him I didn’t want it. They made a face like if I was the problem when they literally skimped me and treated me like crap because I complained about brown lettuce. I have been coming to this Chipotle since it opened. I don’t think it’s the teenagers’ fault. Maybe if management paid them enough to care there would be a change in attitude.

After opening the bags, we found we were missing green chiles and a container of meat. Another strange thing, we were given four bags of chips and one small container of salsa and guacamole. Why so many chips? They messed our order up horribly. Try to get a refund and send it back. Took an hour on the phone. We will never, never, order from this place again. Management you should be ashamed.

Went to the counter to get a water cup, the utensils and napkins were not stocked. Came home and my chips were stale and way salty too. They were very generous on my portions though.
