Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

Talk to an employee named Cody and said he would let the manager girl know he told her an said refund would be returned the next day or so never happened..called again in the a.m an talked to another employee said to call bak to speak to regional manager named Mario Aguilar at 10am called them an yet another employee answered an said he's still not there maybe 11am call at 1130 to give him more time to get to the store an still the run around mind u this happened in the 27th of March an still waiting seems like everyone but the manager in charge got on the phone an try an handle an refund complaint but never got resolved guess imma have to go up there an act a fool..never go bak again even tho there foods decent..

You order and they don't get the order right on first try,no apologies offered ( oh I forgot, you did say that stuff )There is no consistency to the service, food, or people working here. I won't be back to try anything here due to the lack of quality.

Basically I ordered a milkshake and was told that the machine was out of something and that I needed to choose something else. Well I then chose a drink that they have posted on their window and then they told me I had to chose something else because that too was out. I ended up getting a large Root Beer or something, not sure, but felt that I should have been given my money back and a free drink for compensation. Anyhow, its whatever.
