Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.
Is generally my favorite burger place because of the old time atmosphere that I grew up with none of these foolish kiosks but I want to say the people that they've hired recently need to be retrained they're going to hurt the business letting people walk out the door agitated manager needs to be present when there's a problem

The food isn’t the issue and neither is the staff, everyone was nice and respectful, the issue is when I came to eat inside there was only two people sitting in the lobby, and it took over 30 minutes for 2 breakfast bowls.. to me that’s crazy.. I felt like I was waiting at a damn ihop. Do better by your customers dining in and have an equal split between drive thru orders and dine in.

1st time I'd ever tried whataburger & it was sooo good! Can't wait to go back. The burger was scrumptious, sooo yummy, flavorful, juicy-perfectly seasoned & just right amount of condiments. HUGE portion --wish I would have gotten the single burger, not the double, lol. Fries were cold, not good-but eh, not horrible, didn't eat the rest. Prickly Pear Raspberry refresher was the perfect amount sweet & tart soo yummy--I only regret not getting a bigger size to enjoy more! Can't wait to go back when I'm in town next 😊friendly service, I went thru drive-thru that was a bit slow, but not too horrible.look forward to coming back!

Arrived at 502 for a curbside order that was to be ready from 504-507. At 512 I went around to the drive through advised I was waiting for my order. Waited in that line once at window received food was clearly cold. Asked to return for a refund, Patrick came to inform me I need to come inside as he's unable to refund in drive through. I asked for a receipt I was provided something with no amounts or proof of purchase. I then go in, Patrick is unable to refund me at the register he asked me to go too. It's now 533 an im still here waiting. I won't be returning second time curbside had me waiting. Disappointed is an understatement

Horrible customer service. The girl on the intercom was taking our order and right away you can just tell she wasn’t having a good day. We asked for jalapeños to be added to our burger and she SIGHED. Asked for ketchup and ONE was given to us even though we ordered TWO meals. This place is horrible, the workers don’t seem to like their jobs at this location and it shows. 0/10 would not come back to this location ever. The location on 75th is MUCH better than this place. The staff is trained and they have MANNERS, something this location lacks. Do better and get these little kids that don’t care OUT!
