Even when you schedule an order ahead online, you show up at your pick up time and still end up waiting 15 to 20 minutes extra. I've waited as long as 45 additional minutes. Also, they're always waiting on the pizza while your other food, wings and/or pasta, are sitting on the bar behind the employees getting cold. We get home with hot pizza and room temp everything else.

When I went to add grated cheese to my pizza, we noticed the bottom of the container was green with mold. I scraped it to double-check, and it was definitely moldy. I showed a worker, and when she grabbed another cheese container, that one also had the same green mold at the bottom. My recommendation to management: Please check your inventory and make sure your condiments and toppings are being kept fresh and clean. The food itself is great, but this is something that should never be overlooked. A simple routine check could avoid situations like this.
