- CWCheryl WalkerNov 8, 20251.0The young cashier ladies are very busy & not friendly at all. The new policy on showing credit cards & numbers is frustrating, they DEMAND to see the card not ask. She said while you're doing that ill put your pizza back. Then she could not find the wings for my order, she walked to the back & came out with what I think was the kitchen manager, he went to the pickup holding area, found my order then THREW it on the back counter instead of giving it to her (she was right behind him.) There are many pizza places here in Laveen now. My family will no longer buy from here. I will let my community, friends and family of the yucky customer service I recieved at this place. My advice: DO NOT GO TO LAVEEN BARROS!

This is also why we stopped dining in and just do carry out. I’ve let a few issues slide such as wrong orders (more wait time for them to fix) with no acknowledgement of apologizing, asking for extra items (napkins, peppers/cheese) and if they’re out, the attitude behind this with no basic CS skills sucks! I apologize we’re out of such and such .. isn’t hard to say but it’s always so short and snappy “we’re out of such and such”. There’s just a lack of the home feeling here we used to get with better service you all had years ago. It’s definitely changed and I believe it’s this new gen of younger hires who lack basic skills, knowledge, and experience in just family oriented based businesses like this!

I didn't like it when the sides came out 20 minutes after the pizza, was full of pizza by then. Loved the friendly kid zone. Too bad they don't have family budget friendly combo meals. Place was very clean. Super friendly staff.
