  Don't come here if your looking for good friendly customer service because there won't be any! The tall lady with a bun is extremely rude to customers and doesn't know how to work fast to be able to move people out the door and is super pushy when trying to build your sandwich definitely won't be returning to this location

  if you have a choice to choose which subway to go to.. pick showlow.. we didnt feel all that welcomed, no hello, or thank you or even friendly small talk.. usually I say thank you after every interaction of a purchase but with how that service was I had to walk away an not say anything felt so wrong to do that.. maybe in the next couple months it might change.. 🤔 guess its just a wait an see..

  Allie is a wonderful Subway Sandwich Artist. She’s very friendly and makes a great sub. Definitely recommend her and this location!

  Just got told they got rid of their create your own?? I can’t get a sandwhich with turkey and pepperoni now that I’ve ALWAYS gotten it’s my usual???

  Customer service is lacking at this location, stood line for over 10 minutes with no acknowledgement . I'm standing at the counter while the female employee is doing whatever . Never once made eye contact or said we'll be right with you . Didn't change gloves between pulling out bread , wiping down the counters , open doors .. I remember now why stopped coming to this location in the first place .👎 👎
