    Extremely Disappointing Experience at Pollo Loco I recently visited Pollo Loco and had an extremely disappointing experience. First, the staff member at the drive-through had a noticeably poor attitude that made me feel unwelcome. Customer service is crucial during such interactions, and unfortunately, this was lacking. Moreover, I ordered a $15 burrito, expecting a satisfying meal, but it was far from what I anticipated. By the time I was halfway through, I couldn't finish it—it tasted horrible. If I didn't live so far away, I would have wanted to take it back and let the cook eat it. This is not a nice review, and I hope this was just an off day for them, but I won’t be returning based on this experience.

    The chicken Avacado taco that comes with a corn tortilla comes in pre made ready for the deep fryer. Not fresh made there!!! Plus no corn tortillas for any other taco!!! So I left!
