Myself and a lady waited approximately 10 min at counter to order while staff just looked at us never greeting or telling us be right with you. The line behind us grew to 8 to 10 finally a guy took our order I told him this is crazy why it took this long to order he said he got busy I saw one car in drive up a only us in line I saw this guy also doing prep work when no one was in drive up I asked for a mgr a rude young Hispanic male said whatcha need I said I need a mgr he said I am I requested a senior mgr due to his lack of service and again a female Hispanic came up not addressing herself basically wasting her time attitude I told her I seen enough I want my money back as they did very sad how terrible everyone working on this visit was rude and zero customer service even the male Hispanic mgr appeared high on something please view camera they all need to be fired
