I myself am a manager at a market in town myself, however today I went to Safeway per usual to get my money order and also pick up Western Union as I have on several occasions. The money order machine has been broken for over a month. I have picked up Western Unions twice at this market with the manager MISTY. with no issues on previous occasion. Today I was assisted by Michelle. I WILL NOT EVER RTN TO THIS CUSTOMER SERVICE COUNTER SPECIFICALLY DUE TO TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THE STORE MANAGER MISTY ESPECIALLY! IM APPALLED AS A STORE MANAGER SHE WOULD TREAT A CUSTOMER AND TALK TO A CUSTOMER THAT WAY. the western union was also not able to picked up due to Misty and Michelle stating that the policy per Western Union was that my middle name on my driver's license needed to be listed on the Western Union which has never been specified before on pickup. I asked Michelle for a manager which she did call Misty which Misty did nothing but want to argue back and forth with me about how she never assisted me with a Western Union which she absolutely has on two occasions I understand policy but her demeanor is a manager was totally unprofessional and demeaning in front of other customers and how convenient I left Safeway went directly to Smith's market picked up my Western Union with no problem and also got my money order thank you for not assisting Safeway I will not return in the future. Please do better for the customers of the community!
