  $1 combo, if you ask even though there is a sign right next to the cash register and doesn’t mention you having to ask in the fine print. Reese refused a refund for the 4 combos we ordered and said “if I had the choice I would refund you” you did have the choice you CHOSE not to. We have gone there twice this week and as a person who also runs a local business we order it for our staff all the time but there are many other sandwich shops in town and we won’t be back to this one. Losing a customer over less than $20 is unfortunate.

  These guys are phenomenal great energy always welcomed in make your sandwiches right. Always upbeat. They take good care of you if you tried them before try them again the new management / franchisee people are outstanding

  I went in to get a sandwich only, the manager was working the register and he asked if I wanted to make it a combo and looked over at the sign next to the cash register, I said for a dallor why not. When I got home I realized that I was charged full price. I thought it was just a mistake on his part. I went back a few days later to eat, i figured that they would refund me in some way. When I showed them my receipt and explained my experience the lady said, that was our manager that took the order so you must not have asked for the dallor combo. I tried to explain one more time with no luck. I walked out at that point and didn't perchase anything. I won't be back. Nowhere does it say you have to ask for the 1 dallor combo anyway. I can't stand scammers. A large sign next to the front door as you walk in and one at the register advertising the combo. This is a bait and switch scam. I see that other post have been taken down describing the same experience.

  I walked a bit before opening time and didn't even realize they were open. I had the pleasure of meeting one of the new part owners. He was amazing and super friendly! I was in and out with under two minutes of being. The service was great, and the food was fresh. Thanks so much!

  $1 combos, but only if you ask for it. Otherwise they automatically ring you up at full price. What a bait and switch. Brought my parents here to eat. I happened to mention the $1 combo for my order towards the end of my interaction, and the cashier had to rebuild my entire order. My parents did not mention the $1 combo at all so they were charged full price. Mind you, there are signs all over the store advertising the $1 combo deal. No where was it obvious that it had to be verbalized. My parents spoke with the manager who gave the lamest excuses ever. Refused to refund the difference and just said "you would know for next time." There won't be a next time for my parents and I won't be visiting this JJ location in the future.
