  Horrible customer service and manager! This is the second time I’ve sent a family member down to get drinks and donuts and each time the workers seem to have an issue doing their jobs. Giving mystery drinks with no labels and rude remarks like “you’re not even getting the right drink, you’re completely changing it but okay.”. Please respect your customers

  I go here regularly. Some of the employees are just a delight and very friendly, a few just have a scoul and rarely crack a smile. Overall it's a good experience.

  Went to get my self a Ice Cream Cake for my birthday and it was so delicious. This location is also a Baskin Robbins. Staff is very friendly.

  This place is a Joke!! they can’t even manage to give you the right flipping donut that you order!! I ordered a chocolate glazed donut, and then they argue with me on which one I want, the one with fudge on it or the one without. I’m like I want the chocolate glazed donut not the chocolate fudge donut, I mean for God sakes they literally have a picture with the donuts named on them. Then today we ask them if we could have two pup cups for our dogs and the lady rudely says that’s gonna be $.27 each. I’m like when did you start charging for pup cups? The lady says we’ve started like a month ago I’m like well that’s funny, I have been here every day for the past 10 days and they have never charged me and on top of that, we just literally traveled from the East Coast to the West Coast and stopped at numerous Dunkin’ Donuts and not one person has ever charged me for a pup cup!! Apparently, Dunkin’ Donuts spent too much money on their Ben Affleck commercials, If they need to charge $.27 for a little cup of whip, whipped cream…
