I complained to HQ but apparently the manager did not listen. I see most of the reviews about this particular franchise are not good . Go to the one in Bullhead City if you want a good selection of flavors. Service is usually friendly but the selection in the LHC store is terrible.

Very sparse flavor selection. I tend to agree with another review that the focus of this store is on the donut side. Could be poor management. The plus side was a nice patio style sitting area outside. That is so nice when the weather allows. Tables weren't clean and well kept; however.

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.

You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
