  Arby's Review: HORRIBLE HORRIBLE, I ordered a mac and cheese bowl with Brisket, and I was incredibly disappointed. There was barely enough mac and cheese to cover the bottom of the bowl, and it didn’t taste like real cheese—it was terrible. The bowl also contained just three pieces of fatty meat. The quality was horrendous, and for $15, I ended up throwing it in the trash. This wasn't my first negative experience; my last visit was just as bad. Don’t be deceived by any high ratings—these are likely the result of management misrepresenting their service. Previously, I ordered a fish sandwich that had clearly been overcooked. It was left in the deep fryer far too long and was dripping with grease. I won't be returning.

  Honestly worst place ever. It’s so unsanitary I see the girls eating the fries from the thing they hear fries on, I saw a fly go on it and they just shoed it away and still served them. The girl with the blonde hair justis (idk her name but I think that’s what it said) , has the absolute worst customer service skills. I’ve gone there 2 times and I have people who have gone there as well, they all had bad experiences with her. they seem understaffed most the time and the atmosphere overall is just horrible

  Arbys has new hamburgers and steak bites that are just delicious.
