  Just went thru the drive thru thats why 3 star very fast friendly service wasn't to happy with my supreme burrito though didnt have any beef in it what so ever at alll ?? Paid 7 or 8bdollars for one burrito from taco bell don't know what I was thinking the prices on everything anymore these days are just ridiculous

  These people that prepare the tacos don't understand simple English. I used drive thru, got my order and left. Specifically stating that I don't want NO TOMATOES, ROTTEN MILK (sour cream) or LETTUCE on my Chalupa, they put everything on them. After walking in calmly and explaining how I want my order they offered to remake them. After leaving and not checking order I drove 32 miles back to worksite. Getting hungry for lunch I unwrapped chalupa to find TOMATOES AND SOUR CREAM on it. FRUSTRATED WITH THIS ESTABLISHMENT.

  I had the most beautiful experience in Friday coming thru the drive thru. The gal who took my order, her name is Saffron, was so pleasant! She absolutely was made to work with people and you can tell she loves her job! She was enjoyable to speak to and when I came around to pay she was just a welcoming. I rarely comment, unless I've had incredibly awesome service or extremely bad service. I don't eat taco bell often but I'd come get a snack just to say hi to Saffron!!
