  Just wanted to come on here and appreciate Richelle for everything she does. She takes her position to an entirely different level, her courtesy to others and persistent nature to ensure your order is correct and to the customer in a timely manner is impeccable. It's hard to find employees like her in this day and age. Huge props to her on keeping her drive and amazing attitude!

  My husband and I Enjoyed a fresh lunch today. I had hunters club, he had beach club,all fresh veggies! Each staff was attentive, it was just shy of noon hour so it started to get busy but the food still came out freaky fast at both the drive thru and dining area.

  Order online, half of what I ordered they didn't have, tried to give me coupons where I have to buy a sub to get a free side, to replace the sides I paid for, then got annoyed with me when I asked for a refund instead of coupons, then forgot about my sandwiches and they sat on counter until I said something. My sandwiches had some modifications, they didn't do 1, nor cut in half. Terrible service today. Also forgot my chips. So unfortunate experience all around

  My wife and I love in Phoenix and always stop in here on our way to and from Las Vegas. We are always greeted with smiles and welcomes by the staff when we walk through the door. The food orders are always accurate. The store, including the restrooms, is always very clean and well kept. The bottom line is that we have never had anything less than a stellar visit when stopping in. Today was no exception as Nate greeted us with a big smile and warm welcome. His wonderful demeanor and immediate attention reminded us of why this is the one place we always stop at when we pass through Kingman. Do yourself a favor and stop in, say hi to Nate, and grab yourself a great sandwich in an establishment that clearly takes great pride in all they do.
