We are here on a holiday, and while we’re understanding that shops may close early, their online ordering portal was still open and hours showing as open until 9pm. We arrived 7pm to find the place closed. We are from a city where Tropicals are everywhere, but were very disappointed that the online ordering remained open despite the closure. We almost put in an online order and would have been at a loss if we did. The franchise owner should be more mindful about shutting off online ordering/updating hours if early closure is happening.

Okay so I’m not one to normally write bad reviews but this was Absolutely ridiculous I’ve never experienced this. My husband and I walked into this new smoothie place that I was so excited to try there were zero customers in the lobby—completely dead inside. There were maybe 2–3 cars in the drive-thru, and at least 4 or 5 employees visible behind the counter. Not a single greeting. One girl glanced at us and said, “It’ll be a minute.” So I said okay. We waited. Looked over the menu. Stood directly in front of the register, clearly ready to order. Still nothing.
Then three people walked in behind us, and suddenly one of the guy employees goes up to the other register we weren’t standing at, completely ignores us, and starts helping them like we were invisible. No apology, no acknowledgment, nothing. We had been waiting for about 10-15 minutes at that point. My husband and I just looked at each other like, “Are you serious?” Laughed in disbelief and walked out. Total waste of time. If this is how they treat customers when it’s slow, I can’t imagine the chaos when it’s busy. Embarrassing.

I am a huge tropical smoothie fan, loved it back home and was super excited to have it come to Kingman after living here a while. First impression, honestly, if I had never been to a location before I'd never come back. This place is being run by what seems to be high schoolers or close to that age who should not be in charge of a brand newly opened restaurant there needs to be adults who can handle confrontation and conflict. They misheard our order after repeating it 3 times over the speaker, and after getting out receipt found it was still wrong but we were so fed up with the order takers attitude that we were like screw it, let's just get our food and go we're not tryna cause a whole scene we're just hungry. After about 2 minutes she comes back with a smoothie that goes to a different order and no food, has to take our receipt back to give to the kitchen because whoever opened couldn't prepare the poor thing properly.
After all is said and done we got our one smoothie and two flatbread after about 12 minutes with one person in front of us. The person taking our order I can't even blame because despite her attitude she wasn't trained properly and that's not her fault at all but whoever was supposed to be supervising. I'm not tryna be a boomer or a Karen or anything but like, guys, it's not that hard to make sandwiches and smoothies and it certainly shouldn't stress some girl out because her manager didn't prepare her properly.
I have hope for this place, going on opening day you'll always have hiccups but I really hope these ones are taken care of quickly because businesses sink when first impressions kill instantly. People will not come back and give you a second chance, we definitely will be so we hope to see you guys succeed.
