Went for the first time, was not impressed! Almost 10$ for a nasty smoothie that looked and tasted like it was made up of 80% ice and the littlest bit of fruit possible.

Foods decent but the Thai peanut sauce taste strangely nothing like peanuts sauce but more like Teriyaki.
The noise of the smoothy blender makes it nearly impossible to sit inside and enjoy company or the environment.

Tried about 10 different things all have been pretty good besides the detox smoothie. I would still give it a 5 out 10 for that drink. I have also had a few wraps all good. Only down fall is you can stand there for a bit before someone talks to you to either take your order or be with you in a minute. And that is only when they have lots of smoothies to make.

Im not one to write a bad review but honestly this was unacceptable. My first ever time at Tropical smoothie was last week. I went with my sister and I ordered a Turkey Bacon Ranch sandwich and said no bacon, sub it for extra turkey. I dont eat pork for religious reasons. I live rural in Kingman so the drive home is 30 minutes. When i got home and opened my sandwich to check, I was disappointed to see there was bacon on it even though the ticket said no bacon. I had to go to work (I worked a late afternoon shift) and this was going to be my meal before I worked. I spent almost $11 on a sandwich that I could not eat. I called the store and the GM picked up. I explained the situation and he assured me that even if he wasn't there, anyone would take care of me the next time I came in. When I came in today, I explained the situation exactly the way I did over the phone. I had photos and my ticket from the day I got the sandwich just to be safe. I was greeted with snarky looks and laughs in the kitchen while they talked about the situation to coworkers. It took almost 5 minutes just for them to come back and tell me they would make me another sandwich with no bacon on it. No apology or friendliness whatsoever. They made me feel extremely uncomfortable and the way they treated me was hurtful when I was nothing but nice. I felt embarrassed. Safe to say I wont be returning since my only 2 experiences there did not live up to expectations.

This is what happens when you let incompetent teenagers run a business. I waited 15 minutes for one smoothie while the worker was clearly taking a smoke break out back. When I finally got it, it was terrible. I ordered a Peanut Paradise and it somehow tasted bland, like they only put bananas in it. Extremely disappointing, especially since I’ve had this same smoothie in Havasu and Vegas and it tasted completely different. On top of that, they still have the audacity to ask for a tip. Management should seriously consider hiring people who have common sense and can make a smoothie in a reasonable amount of time.
