  I had the most beautiful experience in Friday coming thru the drive thru. The gal who took my order, her name is Saffron, was so pleasant! She absolutely was made to work with people and you can tell she loves her job! She was enjoyable to speak to and when I came around to pay she was just a welcoming. I rarely comment, unless I've had incredibly awesome service or extremely bad service. I don't eat taco bell often but I'd come get a snack just to say hi to Saffron!!

  Shifty. We walked in shortly after 9pm and waited 10 minutes before someone finally said there was no drawer. We HAD to use the kiosk. So, we did. We didn't get half of what we ordered. Had to ask for our cups, ask for our food, and sat down to finally eat. As we were eating, a couple of people walked in 15 to 20 minutes after us and were served at the register that was supposedly closed. This place has unacceptable customer service! I know, I work in the industry! Do better!! I will not being going into the restaurant again!

  So usually I get double meat on the Mexican Pizza. One of those and I’m full fit $7 and change. They said that they doubled the meat. I call BS!

  So I ordered on the tablet, the girl that brought my food out forgot my drinks. Asked her to please hand me a cup for my drink and she said she couldn’t do that and I would need to ask at the counter… had to wait in like 10-15 minutes to get a cup 🤣🤣 her attitude was super wild, I dunno what her issue is. The skinny girl at the front counter was very nice and professional.
