  Shifty. We walked in shortly after 9pm and waited 10 minutes before someone finally said there was no drawer. We HAD to use the kiosk. So, we did. We didn't get half of what we ordered. Had to ask for our cups, ask for our food, and sat down to finally eat. As we were eating, a couple of people walked in 15 to 20 minutes after us and were served at the register that was supposedly closed. This place has unacceptable customer service! I know, I work in the industry! Do better!! I will not being going into the restaurant again!

  So usually I get double meat on the Mexican Pizza. One of those and I’m full fit $7 and change. They said that they doubled the meat. I call BS!

  So I ordered on the tablet, the girl that brought my food out forgot my drinks. Asked her to please hand me a cup for my drink and she said she couldn’t do that and I would need to ask at the counter… had to wait in like 10-15 minutes to get a cup 🤣🤣 her attitude was super wild, I dunno what her issue is. The skinny girl at the front counter was very nice and professional.

  Taco bell sucks when it comes to taking care of customers. The Kiosk is a joke. This store provided good hot food but the lack of cashiers and everyone in the kitchen instead of being customer facing is lacking.

  I am A frequent Customer thru your Drive thru. When A Miss Saffron is working. She is Awesome!! She should be training All your Employees who work the Drive thru. She gives Exemplary Customer Service. I Love your food as well And She should be recognized and rewarded in her Salary. F. Patterson
