  Old man was super rude, then went outside with the same gloves he made our sub and started smoking a cigarette along with having his hand in his pockets. Then immediately walked in once a customer was at the line and made him a subway with the same gloves calling the health department video will be inserted.

  I ordered my sub with extra sub crunch, but there was no sub crunch at all. The employee did not inform me that they were out of it. Since I ordered online, he didn’t bother communicating with me. I was polite and even said “How was your day?” and “Thank you for the order, have a grateful day,” but was completely ignored. I honestly thought he couldn’t hear or understand me until I saw him clearly talking and taking another customer’s order. When my order was ready, he threw the packed sub on the table with zero courtesy, like throwing food to a beggar. On top of that, the meat felt slimy and not fresh, and the vegetables smelled stale. The food quality was so bad it made me feel nauseous. I ordered one full sub and one half sub for my kid, which makes this even more unacceptable. Rude behavior, no communication, and questionable food quality. Very disappointing experience.

  La persona que atiende es de edad avanzada y se molesta rápidamente, con el solo hecho de ordenarle comida, muy mal 😕 La comida es buena, el Servicio Pésimo.

  El servicio fue pésimo todo el tiempo se mostró enojado y casi te ventaba las cosas no cancele la orden solo porque tenía hambre pero te hace sentir como si te fuera a regalar la comida. Es un hombre mayor no recuerdo su nombre pero si su horrible actitud ..
