The first time I was able to refund online but this time it won’t work and have tried to call quite a few times to get only a busy signal even at the beginning of opening time. I see Delivery and Customer Service number are the same. I believe that’s the problem. Customer Service would be much better to kept to it’s own number because it sure is inconvenient not to be able to contact anyone. And Contact Us does no good. It’s just getting information from a robot. Problem doesn’t get fixed.
