  Traveling and it's raining outside really hard and we decided to get off the freeway and get some food and stopped at McDonald's. Wow. Horrible. The rain was coming in my window and I moved forward to finish my order of drinks and the lady was rude and started speaking really fast and told us to move forward because our food wasn't ready but there was no one else in line but I moved forward anyways. So after the young man ran off because it's pouring rain so that's understandable, we noticed no ketchup in the bag and I drove back around and that same lady opened the window and says I told y'all to pull up to that black sign in a very rude tone of voice. I looked at her and said can I speak to your manager lol because if she had just said how can I help you? That would have been it but you saw me move forward but she just wanted to be rude and think we don't no how to follow directions. Food was not that great . I don't normally eat at McDonald's but since it's pouring rain outside and we have to park and still have a ways to go before getting into Texas. No to this McDonald's!!

  Is McDonald's I mean what could you say about McDonald's other than customer service was great The place was clean. And a soda dispensary was full..

  I literally had to go in the back and get my own food after waitijg 20 mins for a mobile order.

  Every time I come here to the location on Andy divine, I order ahead of time online and it doesn't matter if it's 10 minutes or 30 minutes. They never have the food ready. They always have you waiting.. A couple of the times that I have come here the employees are hanging out outside and they see a car Pull up so they run back inside.. i have 20 years in the food service industry.. fast food and other restaurants.. and ive never seen anything like the service here on Andy Devine.. I have my own food truck that i run and we cook everything to order fresh, and I can still push food out faster than this place can ! What is the point of ordering online? When you have to wait 5 to 10 mins to get your food .. any other food place I worked at that has online ordering. We had the order ready before they got there. I hate to be that guy and I am normally really sympathetic for people who work in the food industry. But the service here is crazy.. oh, and I forgot to mention the last time.I ordered 1 hot n spicy plain no lettuce no mayo add cheese they put everything on it that I didn't ask for.. and then when I pulled around to the window to get it fixed, they gave me an attitude.. Again I didn't say nothing to them.Disrespect them anything like that..

  These restaurant is one of the most cleanest, fastest and friendlies restaurants I've been to so far in a very very long time. And we usually go to Mickey Ds at least 4 times a week. I love the fact that the app works amazingly collecting points and offering deals and bonuses for food that we are gonna buy anyways. The points accumulate fast and it's really easy to redeem. That's one of the main reason why we go so often. Kudos to the employees of this particular restaurant for making my day enjoyable by first and most importantly being friendly and offering me a welcoming smile. I felt welcomed and felt a good vibe amongst the customers and employees. I'm 100% sure I'll be stopping by this location many more times while filing the rig next door at Flying Js. Thank you again! ( PS there is a parking for big rigs next to restaurant in back of the chevron.)
