    Took 20 minutes for our food. Doesn’t bring us napkins, ketchup or my sauce for my nuggets and is rude when I ask for them. I hate it here. Milkshake was literal water. 😢

    Definitely done with McDonald's after I paid $4.29 for a small fry.... Heck a standard cheeseburger was $4.50. Not really interested in this food when I can go to 5 guys 50 feet away.

    Ordered 4 spicy chicken, light mayo add bacon, got home and there was no lettuce on them. I called to complain and was told they would give me a quarter pounder meal. I wanted what I ordered and paid for. If I had wanted a quarter pounder meal that's what I would have ordered. The manager said he watched the video and there was lettuce put on them. Yeah, like 3 tiny pieces on each one. Completely bad customer service. I will be contacting corporate with pictures of the sandwiches.

    It is definitely the better of the two McDonald's in Kingman. I find it so hard to believe that it's under the same management because the one on Stockton Hill I avoid. That employees here seem to be of a different caliber. They are friendly and efficient. The restaurant is above average for cleanliness for a fast food restaurant.
