When my new Dasher arrived at the store I asked her to make sure the the missing items were going to be in my now second order. When the staff found out what had happened, not only did I get an extra ordered item but they sent I sticky note on a bag with 2 donuts inside saying that they appolidgized for the missing items and to enjoy the free yummies!!! After having such a long hard day trying to explain issues id been having for weeks with customer support from where every they are in the world it was soooo awesome that the staff took the time to listen and correct the mistake all on their own. Maybe im not explaining it right but it was just what I needed. Someone listened and went above and beyond to "make it right!" So appreciated.
