Like it isn’t my food to begin with but I have standards when I deliver them to my customers. I’m understanding that when she gets overwhelmed she literally gives all her customers a bad experience here. Well you get what you pay for when you hire children to speak to adults the way they do. Dairy Queen, del taco, Popeyes, are the absolute worst to pick up from. Now obviously Dairy Queen employees are not all bad. It’s just one specific that gave me such a horrible attitude. Why I don’t know and I am aware it isn’t personal. But damn dude treat people with respect it isn’t hard. I once ran 3 restaurants as a Food&Beverage Manager never treat the people that pay my paycheck with disrespect.

- JLJennifer LJan 24, 20265.0Tyler gave incredible customer service. Lots of places I go to definitely need more employees like him. Store was clean and the atmosphere was great. I recommend this store to anyone in the area. Food was hot, fresh and delicious. Definitely coming back again.

The wait time was more than 20 minutes, but he was clearly trying his best. He even gave us a complimentary ice cream for the delay. Really nice customer service despite the rush.
