  Hadn't eaten here in quite a while. Had my usual, a beef burrito. The beef was fresh off the grill. Chopped and put straight into my burrito. Cool. But... that beef was the worst I've had in years. EVERY bite was tough and gristle-chewy. The rest of it was decent but the beef. Ugh. If I ever go back I'll try the chicken. Very disappointed. If it was a bite or two I could see that; but every bite?

  HUGE shout out to Marshall and April! Thank you so much for the great experience and keeping positive and going above and beyond for me . I seen you just got a rush and Marshall made sure his serving was clean with a smile and super interactive. You can tell he treats this job as his home . Love that !   I ordered a half and half steak and chicken bowl, which was charged as a steak bowl (more expensive). To my dismay, I received mostly chicken and only about 2 ounces of steak. When I inquired about getting more steak since I was being charged for a steak bowl, I was informed that I could only get 4 ounces. While this was acceptable when I received the correct amount, it was frustrating to be charged for a steak bowl when I didn’t actually get the correct amount.

  Stopped here on our way to the Grand Canyon for some known safe gluten free food. It was freezing cold inside. They were out of forks and drink lids. We sat at the least dirty table we could find outside, dealt with the bird poop covered chairs, and wind blowing tree debris into our food and drinks with no lids vs freeze. My salad became finger food. Thankful others got burritos or tacos, so it was less of an issue. Unlikely to return any time soon, hopefully they get their inventory control issue remedied for the locals sake.

  First off, they were out of white rice and was told " it will be a while" if I wanted to wait. Ordered a barbacoa burrito. When I got home my burrito was cold to the touch. I decided to take it apart to heat up the hot ingredients and figured I might as well weigh the ingredients while I was at it. 3.1 ozs of Barbacoa (and this was after he added a tiny bit more because I said it didn't look like 4 ozs. The cheese weighed a whopping 1.1 ozs. I didn't get beans because I didn't want them and they had no white rice. My husband got steak tacos and the steak was tough and full of grisle. They skimped on his cheese too. Our son had a chicken burrito that didn't even fit in the foil it was so big. They gave him huge portions of everything. He said it tasted good. Ive had issues at this Chipotle before but thought I'd give them a try again but they are still horrible. I go to Chipotle in other cities and love their food and their service. This location is not worth the time or the money you spend. The employees do not seem to like working here much. Very downer atmosphere. Would NOT recommend this location in Kingman.
