  I wouldn't know about the atmosphere I spent 25 minutes sitting in my car waiting for a cheeseburger.

  Got to Dairy Queen, @ 12:51 pm, ordered to 7.00 chicken strips meal, order of chicken sandwich meal, then waited over 30 mins , while orher ppl are going by that ordered after me , it shouldn't take that long to get the food out, 40 mins is unacceptable. Never stopping here again,

  No issues with the food. But I was looking at my bank statement and noticed they charged and refunded charges 3 times before charging the correct amount. In the end... the charge is correct... but I think you should tell the customer about it. The refund doesn't always go back in right away, and that could be different for someone if money is tight, and you charge them nearly $50 for a burger and fries, and it the refund doesnt go back in for a few days.... How you handle transactions is a little important. And important to be honest and upfront about it.
