  I ordered 4 sausage egg and cheese mcmuffins when i got to work i found they had put the dry disgusting folded egg instead of the round steam egg on all of my sandwiches. When i called they said "I should have been told" that there machine was down. She told me if i brought the sandwiches back she would refund me, not she will put me on a list to give me the credit for the sandwiches when there machine was working, just return them and ill refund your money. I have been in the hospitality field for 30yrs and i have had only 3 or 4 incidents with this McDonald's in 2yrs but with every incident i am more certain that this location does not care about there customers. The General Manager is complacent in her teams lack of sympathy, reasoning, and care for the community they serve.

  Got a quarter pounder with cheese and a iced tea it was good. Don't like the self serve check in that all the Mc Donald's now have

  Roxana is the nicest most helpful McDonald’s employee I have ever met!!! She was so kind and patient with helping me!! She goes beyond and above!! 10/10 person!!!

  Frappe machine is down for cleaning better than 50% of the time. At 545am this time. You'd think they'd open with that having already been done. It's been going on for the four years I've lived here. At the price you pay for all items you'd think they could be managed better. I guess it doesn't matter anymore, getting what you came for that's on the menu but hit or miss if it's gonna be available. I think it's time to stop wasting my time and money by going there.

  Got a 10 piece, not only was it burnt, but I received a 9 piece.
