- PIPatricia IsaacsonJan 2, 20261.0I was injured today by an employee walking backwards pulling a pallet lift filled with goods. Since he was backwards, he couldn't see me in the middle of the walkway (not an aisle! Full walkway in front of the pharmacy). Of course he rammed right into me, injuring my right ankle and leg. The manager was called and all he cared about was getting MY info for a report. He REFUSED to give my husband his name and employees name. I had to leave as I really hurt. My husband followed the manager to the front of the store continuing to say please write down your name. My husband finally started to video him. THE MANAGER SHOVED PAPERS IN FRONT OF MY HUSBAND so he couldn't tape him. FINALLY the MANAGER wrote his name and employees name on a piece of scrap paper. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE to be injured BY THEM and all they care about is their paperwork. In a town like Green-Valley, you'd think there would be caring about your senior customers!!!!!! WHATS WRONG WITH YOU?????? MANAGERS NAME: JOHN PREININGER!!!!! AND I GET A BOGUS AI ANSWER??????????

The manager blamed Door Dash. Safeway charges $99 for annual delivery service, but accepted no responsibility for my missed order. They seemd surprised my order was still sitting there after 6 hours. No in-house quality control? I cancelled and will not use again.

It was 2:00 pm on 12/24/2025. If you said anything else to her she just argued with you. What happened to curtesy?
