I hit the help button and after a few minutes the clerk showed up. He was the most condescending person I have come across in a customer service position. He was exceptionally rude to me (an upper middle aged man) as well as to the Mother and her teenage daughter next to me who also needed help because of a Safeway created problem. The Clerk was an equal opportunity jerk. The clerk should not be working in a position dealing with people. Safeway do better.

I know many others who are refusing to shop at Safeway anymore, for the same reasons. It is NOT senior-friendly!

Today ,half the strawberries were spoiled. Would have taken these products back, but ,well you know how the parking lot is a challenge.
