I got called by someone at the store letting me know they had a 2 hour delivery wait since they only had one driver and he had just left the store for some deliveries. I understood and accepted the wait time. But then the delivery guy gets here and and says he’s outside and is asking for a tip.. after a 2 hour wait? I just said “no, thank you” and he sarcastically laughed on the phone and hung up.. didn’t even say good bye. No manners at all. He also left my pizza on top of a chair which was all wet, fortunately I didn’t take long to go grab it so it wasn’t soaked. The guy from the store was really nice but the delivery guy needs to learn some manners and if he can’t handle people he shouldn’t be working in customer service.

Delivery did take a while and pizza was cooled down. I think there could be improvements on the time it takes from the notifications the food is out of the oven tothe notification the food is out for delivery. It makes it sound like it just sat for 40 minutes at the resturant.
