  We went to Wendy's on Litchfield and I - 10 in Goodyear AZ. We were greeted by a very kind man Jeff. Which also greeted many others with a very kind demeanor. He also turned out to be a very hard worker. Scrubbing the bottom of chairs and tables until they were spotless. I hope he is recognized by Wendy's Corporate and is rewarded with a great retirement plan.

  This is a chain restaurant and all chain restaurants get a three. Although the service here was pretty good. The fact that it's a chain restaurant only raids the overall rating of three. You should expect the same quality of food at whatever location you go to, therefore it doesn't have anything that makes it stand out. Two Junior bacon cheeseburgers and Frosty we're kind of expensive. I think almost $10 or maybe more. Not sure why we should continue to support fast food costing the same as a dine-in. Matter of fact, I'm think I'm going to wean myself off of fast food from now on.

  UPDATE: Happened again only this time I was sent to park and wait for my order but no one came out after 10 mins. Had to go in and get it myself and the child that took my order at the drive-thru window just laughed, probably out of embarrassment. Lousy customer service and lousy training has pushed me away from this place but I'm sure management doesn't care. This Wendy's is SO HIT OR MISS! Last two visits through the drive-thru I was given the wrong drink order on one and the wrong food on the other (with barely warm fries to top it off). And on top of that, I had to pull forward and wait a full 5-6 mins for a kid to come out and hand me the wrong order! AND I EVEN ASKED HIM IF IT WAS A #8 AND HE SAID YES! So when they're on their game, they're pretty good. But the percentage of time they're not on their game is way too high. Do they care? Not enough to get it right each and every time. Time for automation to take over this Wendy's!
