An employee came and unlocked the door and explained that the opener never showed up and that he sent a receipt to his manager and she would do a refund for me since it would take him 40 more minutes to make my order. I called three days later to check up on the refund and another employee says they have reached out to the manager and I would get a refund. Still no refund.
