  Love this sonic, always here when I need a quick meal after work. But lately It's been frustrating to come here when every time something comes up. I am left waiting at a stall for 25+ mins after pressing the prompted red button multiple times, though only after the screen changed back to its original introduction. So no, i don't spam it. Have gone to different waiting stalls each time. This has happened three times until i give up and go into the drive through. There are other cars waiting in the stalls and i have seen employees come out with their orders within the same time bracket of my arrival and exit. I don't know if it's a personal grudge or a genuine mistake, but i don't know any of the employees and have gone in two different cars. Tonight specifically asked sauces were left out of the order along with napkins. Kind of a small thing to complain about but being on a time limit and unable to return to ask for it makes the situation a little frustrating. And no napkins for greasy fingers in the car. I dont think many people like wiping that on their clothes, steering wheel, or seats. Anyway, squad was super duper friendly and getting along nicely. They smiled at me, and put me in a bit of a better mood than i was in.

  Ordered 6 $1.99 double burgers through the app. Was late picking up and they were still hot. Went to drive thru

  Completely gone down hill. Service is scrappy. Forget items all the time. They don't take people's order in the right order, they have 2 speakers. The girls there have horrible attitudes. Used to love going there for a quick snack and drink. Fountain drinks taste dirty

  After this horrible experience I will never eat at another sonic again. First the whole order was made wrong then the food wasn't even hot. The customer service was just as bad as the food was. So I will be letting everyone I know to not go to that franchise to eat

  Now I remember why I don't eat at Sonic. I asked for a second to look at the menu to figure out what I wanted. Once I was ready it took several minutes asking and letting them know I was ready to order then the poor kid working the window was clueless.
