  Well, this experience reminded me why I typically avoid McDonald’s. The service was extremely slow (nearly a 40-minute wait), the food felt overpriced for what we received, and our order was inaccurate — fries were missing and bottled water was substituted for fountain water after we had already paid extra. To be fair, the staff seemed to be doing their best under tough conditions. However, the overall experience fell far short of expectations. We came for quick, affordable food and ended up missing most of the show we were attending due to the wait. One positive note: I appreciated that the bathrooms were open to the public during the free concert — that was thoughtful, and part of why we chose to purchase something to support. Suggestions for improvement: Improve staff training to ensure order accuracy and efficiency. Maintain a comfortable temperature in the lobby and waiting area for both staff and customers Schedule adequate staffing during high-traffic events like Estrella concert days Strengthen quality control to catch order mistakes before handing them out Unfortunately, this experience reinforces my decision to avoid returning anytime soon.

  Ok people take a look at this photo and tell me if my review is wrong. Even the egg was burned. How do you burn eggs that’s heated up in the microwave? I don’t recommend this place.

  This kind nice employee named Ava was so kind to my party I’d come again just to talk to Ava. If I could word how nice she was it would be 1000/10 Forgot one butter but that’s okay! We asked and she gave it to us!

  The worker name Ava, was very kind and helpful on bring and serving our food. She did the best service and talked to us and, I'm very happy with our service

  I have given this McDonald's two chances to atleast not be horrible. They have failed both times. Orders were incorrect both times. The fries were overdone, underseaoned, and cold. We tried the Arch burger and there was no sauce on it. I also asked if I could get some honey packets, I was told that McDonald's doesn't have honey. Apparently this is where the dropouts from other McDonald's go. Please do yourself a favor and drive to any other McDonald's in the area.
