  A wonderful place for lunch. Service was great. We sat on the patio lakeside. Very casual, not rushed, beautiful day, very nice. Food has always been very good.

  Getting yummy yummy mc donalds after a long day of walking around EMR is the best dream come true. If i was this mc donalds i would be so happy people would enter me getting so excited for the yummy yummy time there is to come. They would order and be most pleased with the food they received as they would leave filled up with yummy food. The 40 piece mc nuggets with the tangy BBQ sauce is sooooooo good and the Mc Chicken and Burger is soo yummy yummy. One issue tho we got ice cream from there once and a worker named Maria LIKE LAVAhanded it to us and we both ended up throwing up in a park or pooping in a wash the poop was NEON ORANGE AND SMOKED LIKE LAVA. THE NUGGETS ARE GOOD JUST BE AWARE OF THE ICE CREAM WHERE IF YOU ARENT CAREFUL MARIA COULD GET YOU.

  I’m very surprised this place is still in business. Every time I order from this specific location the order is wrong and the quality is absolutely terrible. Not once have we had a meal that was actually warm and tasted fresh. Multiple times I’ve asked for extra pickles in my burger and even tho the little note says EXTRA there will be zero pickles. I’ll ask for a plain burger for my child and more times than not it still has everything on it. They almost always forget the sauce. Why ask what sauce I want and why tell me to pay for more if I ask for extra to never include it? It truly isn’t that hard to serve warm food and to make you have someone doing quality control before handing out. Most people pick up fast food because they are in a rush so we don’t always check our bags. It’s disappointing when we open it and see we’ve spent $50 + and every order is wrong and cold, I truly hope they can get this McDonald’s up to the normal standard. I’ve lived all a round the US and I have never seen a restaurant be so consistently bad. With a neighborhood that has limited fast food options, this is a big disappointment.

  Ordered through door dash, delivery was perfect and timely. The food however was a waste of money and the dashers time. Ordered 2 cheeseburgers no onions. Got 2 hamburgers with 1 pickle on 1 and 1.5 pickles in the other with no cheese! The drink was ok.

  Edit: Found out that woman left, so I'll add a star because everyone else was nice. But... tested my luck today...2ND NIGHT IN A ROW I LEFT WITH NO FOOD 🤣. Last night, it was a worker being awful to me, tonight, ran out of patties. I've finally decided I'm never going again lol. I had to laugh that i can't even get food here! Everyone was nice today, but wow. Way too expensive to go 2 nights in a row, just to leave with ZERO food. Unbelievable 🤣 Just when I was thinking this mcdonalds was getting better... wow. I legit left with no food and just my money back. I'll say that everyone else but ONE person was great, but that ONE person, doesn't need to be working there. She actually REFUSED to look at my order number, I kept trying to show her "yeah, I don't work on the food. Sorry. " and went back to handing everyone else there stuff. I would have stood there all night. All she was doing was handing out bags and acted like anything else was way too hard for her. "Look, I think you gave someone my order?" And just said "maybe?" And walked off. Finally talked to a couple other workers and they actually listened to me. Told them just to give me my money back, and that I understand that they were busy, but the one person who was doing THE LEAST, just couldn't be bothered by a customer saying "can you please just look at my order number because I don't think it is being worked on." Sucks being a customer and trying to be nice to someone who is working, just to have me seem like I'm such a hassle, just because I kept trying to tell her I think she gave my order to someone else and to please look at my order. NOPE. Went out of her way NOT to help me. That was wild.
