  Stated this review while waiting at the drive-thru for 20 minutes. Staff isn’t rude but the wait is excessive total wait was 25 minutes and the fries were cold

  This is a weird McDonald's. They don't give you the option to grab any condiments, drinks, napkins or straws on your own. You have to wait on line at the counter for my little thing you need. I've never seen a McDonald's more stingy and restricted. Find a different one, or go to Wendy's down the road here.

  Hot fries! Hot chicken nuggets! Friendly staff! There was quite a delay in pulling up to the speaker to be greeted and placing an order, enough so that I watched people backout and leave while we were waiting in line after we had paid. Keep up the work and maybe just let your guests know you'll be with them shortly if you're busy.

  I had one of the best fast food experiences I’ve had in a long time at McDonald’s. From the moment I walked in, I could tell this location had been recently updated. The place looked modern, bright, and extremely well kept. Everything from the floors to the tables to the ordering area was spotless. You don’t always expect that level of cleanliness at a fast food spot, but they absolutely nailed it here. The staff really stood out too. Every employee I interacted with was friendly, welcoming, and actually seemed like they enjoyed being there. That kind of energy makes a huge difference. What really surprised me was getting table service. At McDonald’s! I placed my order, grabbed a seat, and they brought the food right out to me. That was honestly a really cool touch and made the whole experience feel a step above what you’d normally expect. Now for the food, everything came out hot, fresh, and exactly how it should be. The fries were crispy, perfectly salted, and just straight up addictive. You could tell they were made fresh and not sitting around. And of course, the Shamrock Shake… it never disappoints. That smooth, minty flavor is just classic and hit exactly the way I was hoping it would. It’s one of those things you look forward to, and this one was spot on. I even checked out the men’s restroom, and just like the rest of the store, it was super clean and well maintained. That says a lot about how the place is run overall. All around, this visit was a great experience. Clean store, friendly staff, hot and delicious food, and even table service to top it off. Definitely one of the better McDonald’s visits I’ve had, and I wouldn’t hesitate to come back again.

  March 10, 20⁰26, at approximately 1220 hours, when i got to men's toilet and found out that there's totally out of toilet paper s, that moment me not even having a chance to notify one of the employee due the situation. My resolution is please always keep the toilet papers available. By the way, I survive that I have to call my wife luckily who's at the parking lot , to notify the employee and prior to this i called on the phone while I was at the toilet for about 2 times and no one answered.
