I Let them know there was rotten meat on my sandwich and was told the person picking it up saw us make it and they could have said they didn’t want it. What??? So we are to know how fresh your product is? Then assistant manager Shea stated they were too busy to deal with me and she wouldn’t do anything about it anyway. When I asked for the manager’s name she proceeded to raise her voice to talk over me. She advised me the meat is in covered bins and looks just fine. She refused to provide any names of a higher authority. Then reiterated the customer that picked it up had the option to order something else. That’s very true although next time I WILL order from SOMEWHERE else. I’ll never spend another penny at ANY subway again. I did spend $100+ a month on average for group lunches at this store. Not any more!. Store “quality” both in product and staff has gone downhill fast and I’ll be sharing my experience with everyone I know. #eatfreshbull
