    Had use the drive thru. Usually I always order on line wouldn't allow me maybe because it was 1am . Well went to the drive-thru ordered my food and waited after 4 cars!! only for them to tell me they dont take tap pay, which is weird they have the machine on the window which I asked her about 😒. She just said the machine has never worked like I was supposed to know already. I let her know I didn't have my wallet and and usually order on the app and pay online. A sign would be nice before waiting in line all that time for nothing!! Disappointed drove 15 min for nothing 😑

    This location has gone down hill in the last year or so. The mobile order stall check ins almost NEVER work. The employees are so rude and straight up ignore you when you clearly need help. The sonic blasts are such a waste now. They mix your toppings (Oreo, reeses, cookie dough, etc) in the top 1/4 of the cup and then the remainder is just vanilla ice cream. Save your money and go across the street to Culvers where you’re respected as a patron, and your food is prepared appropriately.

    The card reader at the drive-in window of this Sonic has been broken for a while now, and I’ve mentioned it to the staff a couple of times. The card reader displays an ominous message saying “TAMPERED,” followed by a long string of cryptic digits. The outside of the drive-in window is also gross and filthy. I’m a fan of Sonic’s concept, but they need to fix things and clean it up a bit.
