What’s the point in order through a third party app if the restaurant is not going to make it correctly and then blame DoorDash for the issue? I ordered an M&M blast through DoorDash, along with some other items, received the wrong blasts with reeses, called the restaurant to see if I could bring back to ice cream and get it remade to what I ordered. Whoever I spoke to said that it wasn’t their problem and that it would have to be handled through DoorDash. Here’s the thing; the ice cream wasn’t tampered with, it was eaten out of, it was just made INCORRECTLY by the employees to then try to blame DoorDash for the mistake. Instead of trying to fix the problem, even though I offered to bring the uneaten ice cream back, he tells me there’s nothing he’s WILLING to do for me and hangs up the phone. It’s ridiculous customer service and I will not be ordering from them again.

In order to “improve”. Your young staff needs to be spoken to. I would make sure they understand a drink carrier is typically provided when 3 or more drinks are given. That’s literally all my order consist of and it was horrible. The shake lid popped off and was flowing over the side, same for the cream slush. When I got home, nothing was mixed. I’m already rarely a Sonic customer. I told the young man who tried to hand me 1 drink expecting me as one person to take more, to speak with the crew. I didn’t “crash out” but the next customer might now be so calm. No apologies, just looked at me like his brain just couldn’t compute why a person would be displeased in that setting - in response to the “owner”.

Came in at 11:30pm on a Sunday and was told they cannot take any orders as they were closing. However their hours are listed as 24 hours open.
