    I've enjoyed Safeway digitable ads all this yr & definitely stock up on food items when they appeared. I found their digitable ads 2 EXCEED above others store chains. Their meat is exceptional & I trust the quality of their beef. The counters butchers R one of the friendliest crew 2 serve the public also. Overall, I shop this store basically for their quality of their meat & their veggies.

    Went here for a specialty item. A stock person knew exactly where it was and was super friendly. The store was bright, clean, and well stocked. So many newer options than at the stores near us. Prices were competitive. Checking out went fine. We were asked if we were members, but when I said no, we were not told how to get a store card or how to sign up. It may be worth the extra drive to shop here.

    Julie from the home shopping department was phenomenal. She went above and beyond to Infinity. I ordered 4 packages of boneless skinless chicken breast with a coupon for 99¢ a pd. The first original emailed receipt displayed 4 packages at 99¢ a pd., the semi almost in trainst detailed 1 package full price. Online customer service advised they could fix the price, after delivery, albeit not the quantity. I suggested contacting the store they agreed that was a possibility, hoops here I come. Contact the delivery store than back to onlime(after delivery) for the price correction. Three phone calls I have to make, spanning 3-5 hours. Depending where my delivery falls in the 3-hour window. All for an error, that I mistakenly thought I created. Julie quickly put my mind at ease. It was a system thing 🎈not a me thing. Although online customer service encouraged my false illusion. ..After patiently dealing with my franticness: items were already shopped and it was 15 minutes away from my 3 hour delivery window, she calmly, sweetly and patiently asked me if there was anything else she could do to assit me. Welllll since she asked 👀. I advised her of something that was not a store or me issue really, she promptly shared a back door super easy resolution 😁. Julie definitely was and is an ambassador for the Safeway brand. Tasha in your customer service also was on the ball. As I launched into my one breath spiel: not enough items, I have an email showing multiple quantities, the coupon clipped, it's going through but the.price isn't updating, I know I have to call online back to get the price corrected but hopefully you can help with the quantity. Tasha was required to be the bearer of bad news. I should have choosen 9 😭. I of course chose option 8 for customer service. As I'm pressing 8 I hear "9 home sho". Ummm bet that was my option. As I sit on hold, I'm like noooo that's like dishes etc.Tasha, unfortunately, was unable to transfer me, I needed to call back the same way online (whom I was speaking with) couldn't transfer to the store. I'm sure she gets that same phone call 50 times a day. In my opinion as a consumer she is being set up for failure . The automated message states make a choice from the following options or you will automatically be transferred to customer service. When I hear customer service press 8 I.assume end of choices. Tasha handled it like a pro though and I was very impressed with her service. Julie and Tasha both were exceptional representatives of your store and.company core values. Definitely traits.i. look for in hiring an employee.
