There is no reason that when a product is priced incorrectly and a customer notifies staff before leaving the store that staff cannot give them their money back. The customer should not have to come back an hour later for $2. I will be notifying the BBB and AZDA-WMSD because you cannot tell customers to come back in person when you owe a cash refund without it being an unfair business practice. It should be same visit otherwise it can be considered theft. This has been happening for too long for it not to be remedied.
