When I went to take bag from my cart to belt at checkout chicken juice streamed out all over my groceries & the floor & of course I got to clean up the mess while the employees watched.

First of all, you ask for a water or ice, they put it in a red solo cup. Second, the guy is so rude. He rolls his eyes if you say thank you. If they make the drink wrong, he tells you that you ordered it wrong and gives you attitude. You say thank you, and he rolls his eyes at you. If you ask for a different lid, he does not replace the lid for you, he will toss the lid on the counter. Just absolutely the worst customer service. I now refuse to get Starbucks there and will go to a farther location just to avoid his behavior.
