After a helpful young employee handed me a pizza bag for my pickup, Michelle immediately began yelling at her—right in front of me and at least two other customers. The aggression was instant, completely unprovoked, and utterly lacking in professionalism. There was absolutely no reason to speak to a team member so harshly over such a simple request. It was uncomfortable and upsetting to witness. If this is how Michelle treats her staff in front of customers, I can only imagine what happens behind closed doors. This kind of toxic leadership creates a hostile work environment and is unacceptable. I strongly urge management to take appropriate disciplinary action. No employee should be subjected to that kind of verbal abuse.
