I was waiting in line for 10 minutes before I had to ask someone for help at the register. It’s a little ridiculous.

When ordering a hot coffee in the drive-thru the lady didnt not cap it right and rushed to give it to my sister who was in the driver's seat and spilled the hot coffee on her and didnt even apologize or help she just rushed us out of the drive-thru. Every visit since the monopoly came out they've refused to give me my stickers. The first few days they weren't even using the food wrappers that had the stickers either. Everytime they dont give me my stickers I mentioned it and they fought me about it and I never get it.

I waited 15 min people staring honk asking why it was taking so long to take my the order. Forgot only taking orders in 1 lane. This place is so busy all the time.
