  Young lady with brown hair acted like me asking “can I get some extra pickles please?” Ruined her whole day. Then rolled her eyes at me when she had to get me some pickles. Bad vibes. Needs better training.

  If could give this location a negative star, it would be too high. The service tonight left me with a migraine. I waited outside 45 minutes for food that never came. A restaurant full of children (employees) inside & outside playing in the parking lot, teens riding electric scooters in the drive thru lane where cars are exiting. “Employees” (children) playing around inside with a complete disregard for customers or customer service. Zero professionalism. I waited at 2nd window for 8 mins before the girl at the window even acknowledged me (after she looked at me twice) & I was the only one in the drive through. After she finally decided to approach me, I explained to her my issues, she proceeded to get the manager to “assist”. After explaining to the manager twice that my food was hard and cold, she asked that I pull around and mumbled while slamming the window “sorry bout that”. After waiting for over 40 mins two girls (employees) ran up to my car and stated that their manager didn’t tell them that someone (me) was waiting outside for food. They apologized, asked what I needed, and stated that they would get my order…10 mins later… they never returned. After getting fed up and tired of being understanding, I pull around and ask for a refund. Magically, the food is ready. Which means I wasted an hour in total for - absolutely nothing. I expressed a GREAT dissatisfaction in the lack of service, communication between staff and management, and food quality. The “manager” never came back to the window to show remorse or concern. A new employee #5 came to the window, I explained to her that I’d like a refund. She went to the “manager” yet again and came back offered me a free meal ticket (To which I refused twice but she gave me anyways under my cash refund and receipt) and tried to get me to take the food twice after I constantly refused ( I did not take it). I expressed to the workers that I was no longer hungry nor did I trust the food at this point. This location is absolutely downright S-A-D. There is zero training or customer service skills. The worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to in my life, hands down. I’ve lived in TX, FL, GA, CO, EU, and now AZ. This is by far the WORST. I do not see how it’s still operating in this manner. All of the employees (kids) were confused and acted as if they’ve never seen a refund in their lives. The “manager” made them be the face of her mistake while I could see her walking off into the back to not be seen or deal with the issue. She never came to the window to apologize or acknowledge her mistake. I will NEVER give this location another cent. Sad because we live 6 mins away. This facility needs new management, adequate/efficient staff, or be shut down completely. It’s a playground for school aged kiddos, not a professional food establishment, or place of business - by any means. Gross. I understand it’s McDonalds but I also expect fresh food & good customer service from a place that I’m spending hard earned money for. Yes, even McDonald’s should have standards. Embarrassing.

  Y’all got one car parked waiting for food then 4 cars literally at the intercom waiting to order mind you no car is at either drive window.

  I’ve lived up here for a couple years and I’ve dealt with a lot of bad service, but this is the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever had to deal with. Constantly being asked to pull up when there’s no one in line, And even when you do pull up, they forget items! This is the fourth time in a row that I’ve ordered from there and I haven’t had my order right!
