Every restaurant has kiosk now, but all that did was make it more crowded and disorganized in THE LOBBY. they focus on drive thru orders but totally disregard all the customers dining in. Delivery drivers are waiting up to 30 minutes for orders. It's RIDICULOUS. i HATE going to mcdonalds now.

One of the people brought us our food rather than calling out the number and expecting us to go get it, but when she saw the mess she just nope’d out and disappeared.

It looks like they prefer to serve the drive thru customers instead of the ones who are willing to go inside and dine in. Pretty soon its going to look like one of those drive thru coffe places. It's not worth ordering from this place if you expect any form of customer service. Horrible I tell you. Not worth the stop.
