The staff have always been friendly, but they’re Consistently understaffed to where the drive-through line at an off peak time can take you 15 minutes to get a drink. If you go inside, the new design is meant to stay off human interaction and when you need something as a result of the drive-through issues we’ve had multiple times you have to walk behind to get anyone’s attention. Though this is the closest to our house 1011 visits, they strike out every time we will go further to get what we need at another McDonald’s. So is it to fix but clearly the ownership is not interested.

I had to throw away the food, I dont want to feed my kids this and them getting sick. I will not come back here again
