The restaurant appeared to be short-staffed, though there was a very nice young lady doing her best to manage the counter and assist customers. However, the location definitely needs additional staff, especially for cleaning, order handling, and front counter support. We placed an order for the Big Breakfast with Hotcakes. The item did not appear on the order screen, but the food came out almost immediately, which surprised us. Unfortunately, once I got home, I noticed the white round egg did not smell right, and the pancakes did not seem fresh. Overall, the quality of the food was very disappointing. Additionally, we attempted to scan our QR code to receive rewards points through the app. The cashier tried to manually enter it, but it did not work, so I was unable to earn or add my points for this visit. Overall, this experience was disappointing, and I hope the location can improve staffing, food quality, and app rewards processing moving forward.

BUT these two gentlemen had great customer service and the food was nice and hot. We didn’t even have to ask for extra pickles. We watched as they worked efficiently and how great they attended their customers. We now know which one to go to 😉
