The employees are friendly, and understanding since I'm hard of hearing and ask them to please speak louder. They offer me suggestions if I'm not sure what I want that day. I've never had a bad experience here. It's a good place to get a small, quick and tasty breakfast to go. I've eaten there and taken to go. Once when we had an extremely hot day as I walked in I was offered a cold glass of water, which I thought was very nice.

I went to wash the tumbler and noticed it was broken so I took it back to get a replacement and they said no since it had been over 2 weeks I told him I’m going t leave a bad review and he said that was fine. That is bad customer service I will never go back to any Jamba juice
