I previously I purchased a taco salad and the chunks of chicken were hard and old. Yesterday I bought a Guac chicken burrito for $11 dollars and it only had beans in it. I had to open it to see if there was chicken. There wasn't any rice and it barely had any cabbage. When people are spending their money they should be able to rely on getting what they ordered. Very disappointed and I will tell everyone I know to stay away from the that El Pollo Loco.

She seems super upset OK. I got my bowl home and there is no avocados. There’s probably three kernels of corn in the extra chicken breast that I paid for amount to seven cubes.
