The bagels look and taste worse than a normal einsteins don’t come here. I thought I was going crazy so I called and asked and they told me why but it doesn’t mention that in the store.

Long story short, I received a new sandwich but the way I was treated was unprofessional. Yuck. I have been coming to this location at least twice a month and the quality of food and service has continued to diminish over time. I won't be back nor do i recommend. Btw the bathroom was a disaster.
