  Vivian Suhay, Cassandra, very professional very helpful although there were so many people in there Friday the 13th in the morning they were able to help out everybody with a positive attitude. Great customer service definitely will recommend the store anytime.

  They forgot part of my order so after driving off I went back..the females that work there started laughing loud after I turned to leave and when I looked back they said "you good"? Like some kind of 3rd world gangster. I have enjoyed einstein when I come visiting from out of state but seeing that kind of mentality from ppl handling my food is not something I will continue. I called asking for the manager, Maria Figureo, the supposed manager, knew exactly what I was talking about and laughed and said they were talking about something else..which doesn't make any sense. So instead of trying to figure out 3rd world mentality and their cleanliness habits, This place will no longer receive any of my business and since there is no corporate customer service I will leave this review here. Very strange "customer service" at this location. These ppl have pranked my phone since this review and after reading other reviews from Americans that have repeatedly had their orders messed up and not resolvedi see they have a preference and I would warn other Americans about coming here.

  I ordered this morning via Uber Eats. I got a cold brew a farmhouse egg sandwich, and they were both amazing. Particularly the sandwich, the ingredients were fresh and placed with care. The taste was incredible and the quality of the bagel was just perfect. I called to personally thank the staff for their attention to detail. Happy New Year, may you choose to be kind ❤️
