This was the last breakfeast we shared with my mother-in-law before our holiday visit ended and we returned home It was embarrassing to her that her neighborhood Einstein Bagel store was too inept to catch this oversight before it was wrapped and bagged. We felt bad because she felt bad. I get Sunday mornings are probably their busiest time of week. But in a business like that it's all hands on deck time. If you're ever going to play your "A" game, it's then. From this customers's perspective, it's a swing and a miss.
